Nissan Leaf Night Driving - Wennappuwa - Seeduwa - Wennappuwa

This time I’m going to share our Nissan LEAF trip from Wennappuwa to Seeduva and returned to Wennappuwa.  Date: 2016 Jan 27. We went to a Birdthday party in a hotel in Seeduva. We stated the journey around 7.00pm with outside temperature 25C.  This time passengers and luggage weight was around 290kg (4adults and 2 toddlers) I started to drive when the battery was 46% of Nissan Leaf car. Yeah it was a challenge. Let’s see how I drive to the destination.. J

There was a huge traffic jammed from Kochchikade to Negombo. (almost 1 hour traffic jammed in this area)

We could reach to the Seeduva around 8.30pm.  at that time the battery was degraded to 22% (24% wastage) so we enjoyed the party. We started retuned to journey around 12: 00am.

So when I reached to the destination (54) 10% remaining battery from 22%. (12% wastage)

Total Destination: 54km

Total Battery Wastage: 36%
km/per 1% = 1.5 (54/36)
